How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
Rents vary depending on the market at the time, pricing can change daily. Rent includes base rent only. Fee's and utilities are added on top of base rent pricing.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Included in unit; washer/dryer, ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings*, fireplaces*, walk-in closets*, dual entry bathroom doors*, full stainless steel appliances. Community Amenities; Dog park, pool, 2 onsite fitness centers, Amazon Hubb, Year round hot tub, Grill area, Duck ponds.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Yes pet friendly, we allow up to 2 household pets. $100 deposit, $300 fee and $45 per month per pet. Dog park amenity.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12 month leases are offered for new contracts, renewals are offered anywhere from 6-14 month renewal leases. Short term leases are offered if available with additional short term fee's
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?

How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Apply online through website. Application fee is $50 per adult (plus any additonal platform fee's if applicable). We will run a credit/background check, income verification (must be at least 2.5x monthly stated rent in gross income) and rental/mortgage verification (if applicable).
Is parking available for residents and guests?
All apartments have 1 designated parking stall, any uncovered parking is first come first serve.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
All utilities are residents responsibility. Water, sewer, trash, CAM, gas and electric.

Bus stop is located directly outside of the property, bangerter highway is approx. 8 minutes from property, and I15/215 entrances are approx. 10 minutes from property.
